This is the latest collaboration between award-winning developer S P Setia and Fender Katsalidis Architects. Driven by a shared vision for an exemplary residential building for Prahran, this project unveils refined living spaces of superior quality and effortless sophistication.

Standing before Marque, you get the impression that the entire building is carved from a single block of stone. Adding to that effect, the matte charcoal framing bestows a gravitas to the travertine surface and the resulting aesthetic is awe-inspiring.

The podium level is a reinterpretation of the classic colonnade, embracing symmetry, civic grandeur, and tactile charm. Above the podium's green crown are highly articulated, twin-gridded planar forms supporting balconies with spectacular views of the city and the bay.

Drawing you into this progressive, sculptural structure are opulent bronze overhangs along the High Street façade. Striking and understated in equal measure, Marque is nothing less than an urban sanctuary.
