Summerhill’s apartments are ingeniously designed to capture light and space with expansive balconies and full-length terraces that extend the interiors to inspire year-round al fresco living.

Summerhill’s apartments are ingeniously designed to capture light and space with expansive balconies and full-length terraces that extend the interiors to inspire year-round al fresco living. The mesmerising façade of soaring lines and striking textures, captured in stone, glass, timber and steel heralds the sheer luxury and style within. At street level, a proposed bistro space creates an urban vibrancy, while above, the sumptuous apartments exude an aura of refined tranquillity.

Out of the secure, sub-level car and bike park, a whisper quiet lift ascends to all floors – each one unique: reflecting the distinctive, spacious apartments that lie within. It takes a rare skill to so successfully infuse bold contrast with subtle refinement, but such is the creative talent of award-winning Rothe Lowman Architects, that Summerhill will undoubtedly earn landmark status and impress the many, for generations to come. Meticulously planned Miele kitchens interact with the living areas for seamless entertaining, whilst ensuite bathrooms to most master bedrooms afford absolute privacy amid elegant detail and workmanship. Each theme weaves through the elements, from the richly-grained flooring and 100% natural carpets under foot to the selection of benchtop stonework, locally-crafted tiles, hard-wearing veneers and warm timbers.

These are apartments crafted out of contrasts, where comfort and liveability complement the striking elegance and outstanding attention to detail. Like a masterpiece in its own right, each apartment presents a distinctive layout as individual as its owner. But all share the same exceptional design features – layered elements to emphasise texture; lofty doors and ceilings that accentuate space and light; fully-tiled bathrooms where form blends with function; and wall panelling which offers interest but never distraction.

The architectural forms of the facade, provide the design cues for the interiors, where the two colour palettes discreetly balance light and shade.
