Alex Perry's Apartments

Fashion designer, and Next Top Model host, Alex Perry, will finally have his apartments built and developed by mid-2015.

The 12-storey development in Fortitude Valley QLD, was meant to be built earlier, but financial reasons restricted the build.

The next-wave of sales, which are subsequently the last sales phase, is due to launch next month.

Named, Alex Perry Residential, it has 143 apartments, with mixes of studio, one, one bedroom and study, and two bedroom apartments.

Alex Perry, has now, seemingly added apartment design onto his current design folio - stretching from fashion design, sunglasses and TV.
