The Block Auctions

With auctioning of the apartments on Channel 9's 'The Block' imminent, here is a quick recap of the South Yarra renovations.

Today, The Block apartments will go under the hammer (any minute now), with the Darling St properties due to be auctioned in successive order.

Apartment 1/27 Darling St, renovated by NSW couple Josh and Charlotte, have chosen Hocking Stuart's Mark Konishi to market the property, with David Wood to auction it off.

In the second apartment, 2/27 Darling St, done by South Australian team of Tim and Anastasia, will use Biggin & Scott's Russell Cambridge .

Queensland couple, Ayden and Jess, who did-up 3/27 Darling St, have chosen Gary Peer's Joel Ser and Adam Joske.

Damien Cooley, of Jellis Craig, has been entrusted to auction the apartment, whereas Andrew McCann has been marketing Dee and Daz's, the Melbourne couple, 4/27 Darling St apartment.

Each of the apartments are three-storey townhouses, each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking spaces.
