Harry Potter's Toorak Apartment For Sale

The childhood star is due to sell his luxury Toorak apartment which his parent's bought him when he was just 16.

Daniel Radcliffe, most famous for his role as JK Rowling's Harry Potter, bought the apartment for $1.9m AUD in 2005 fueling speculation that he would be attending High School in Melbourne.

Radcliffe, now 25, is expected to make a reasonable profit from his investment as the luxurious St Georges Rd apartment is expected to go for about $2.5m AUD.

The apartment, has never been leased out even in Radcliffe's absence overseas, and was used primarily as accommodation for himself, specifically when he was filming December Boys in 2007.

Built by renowned developer Stonehendge, this three-bedroom apartment has north facing views from the Yarra River across to Richmond, and includes two supersized living and dining areas as well as room for 2 cars to be parked comfortably.
