How would you like to have Hollywood star Jennifer Lawrence as your landlord?
The Oscar-winning actress is renting out her New York City apartment for $27,000 a month whilst she is in London filming her upcoming movie, Red Sparrow.
Lawrence purchased the loft-style apartment in lower Manhattan’s TriBeCa area back in January for a reported US$9million.
The apartment features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a spacious dining/living area and an expansive kitchen (insert your own Hunger Games pun here).
Lawrence, who resides mainly in Los Angeles, has yet to move into this luxurious apartment and clearly decided to make a little extra cash until she is ready to furnish it for herself.
If you move in, you’ll be in good company – neighbours include Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Justin Timberlake and One Direction’s Harry Styles.
A big drawcard for many of the tenants is the array of in-building amenities, which include an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, roof terrace and a children’s playroom. Another big celebrity-friendly feature is the motor court that allows for a paparazzi-free exit.
So, if you want to tell your friends you’ve stayed over at J-Law’s place and you have a spare AU$36,000 burning a hole in your pocket, here’s your chance.
