Pace Developments' new apartment project in St Kilda's Fitzroy St has recently sold its $4.8m AUD penthouse to a local.

This new 10-level development, features around 160 apartments, and has already sold 40% of its apartments before its official launch in May.

Designed by SJB Architects, the development is located across the road of Junction Oval, with views of Albert Park Lake and Port Philip Bay - with an infinity pool and sundeck on the top floor.
