The sub-penthouses for Australia 108 are due to hit the open-market this week. These sub-penthouses, located just under the recently sold penthouse that sold for $25m last month, are three bedroom and three bathroom apartments located on levels 96 and 97 that are expected to sell between $11.5m to $12.5m each.

Australia 108 has just commenced construction and is due to dwarf the nearby Eureka Tower by 25 metres – and at an eventual 317 metres, will make it the highest residential tower in Australia.

Located at 70 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank, Australia 108 will hold 1,105 apartments over 100 floors and is believed to have cost around $900m to build.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects and developed by Aspial Corporation (and built by Brookfield Multiplex) – the construction is due to be ready by the end of 2019.

“Designed as luxurious homes in the sky, the premium apartments are a unique offering for Australia 108. Scullery spaces serve expansive open plan kitchens whilst hotel-style luxury is brought to bathing amenities to create generous sleeping suites. Wide timber floorboards and a subtle material palette of recon stone, natural stone and porcelain create a subtle and calming palette.”

The amenities throughout Australia 108 include an exclusive Star Club, which will offer 360 degree views across Melbourne’s CBD – also on offer to residences will be a residence area, to which access to a pool, a gym, as well as lounge, dining and entertainment areas that seemingly sit above the clouds.

From the first steps inside her grand Sky Lobby, Australia 108 makes a stunning first impression. Premium finishes and a sumptuous lounge area provide an inviting place to relax, while a hotel-style porte-cochére offers a convenient place to meet friends or a driver.

CBRE’s Managing Director for residential projects, Andrew Leoncelli, is selling the sub-penthouses that are due to hit the market this week.
