Belle Box Hill, Little Projects’ recent development, located at 710 Station St Box Hill, is only 14kms from the CBD, has today commenced production on the development.

Michael Fox, Managing Director of Little Projects, confirmed today that Hacer Group  has commenced demolition of the existing Mason Lodge to make way for construction.

Little Projects has achieved strong sales within its Belle Box Hill development since launching into the market in late-2014 and demolition of the existing Masonic Lodge recently home to the Belle Box Hill Display Suite is already underway.

Located only 14kms from the CBD, Belle Box Hill will deliver the ideal convergence of work, leisure and transport opportunities for residents.

Little Projects Managing Director, Michael Fox says: “Set in the heart of the diverse and inclusive community of Box Hill, Belle Box Hill will provide residents with excellent access to nearby amenity such as retail, parks, employment and education while delivering aspirational contemporary living through quality design and resident amenity.”

Final opportunities to purchase a one-bedroom apartment with maximum stamp duty savings are still available, with construction set to commence as soon as demolition has been completed.

Designed by renowned architecture practice, Plus Architecture the nine storey building features weave like detail on the façade to create movement and interest with a clearly defined tower form set back above a podium to integrate with the existing streetscape and provide an intimate feeling at ground level.

An impressive entry lobby will create intrigue on street level featuring expansive double height ceilings and curved undulating walls backlit against a woven block exterior, providing a luminous and striking area that explores texture, space and light.

The ground floor will also include shared resident amenities with a complete kitchen and dining area, lounge with fireplace and library, luxurious private cinema and an outdoor landscaped terrace with barbeque facilities.

Focusing on craftsmanship, the well-appointed, light filled apartments combine beautiful textures with considered livable design to deliver contemporary living spaces. A light or dark colour scheme is available for apartment interiors, utilising a high quality selection of materials.

The kitchen will feature mirrored splash backs, stone bench tops, porcelain floor tiles, as well as Bosch appliances, while the bathroom will be complete with large porcelain tiles and the option to include natural stone hones feature tiles and an elegant wall-hung basin.

Residents will have an abundance of local amenity with retail precincts Whitehorse Plaza and Box Hill Centro Shopping Centre nearby and both tertiary and secondary education, such as Box Hill TAFE and Box Hill High School, available close by.

Transport is also highly accessible with the Box Hill Train Station only a five minute walk away, tram stops to the CBD and Port Philip Bay only a short walk and a bus station nearby with direct connection to Deakin University.

Belle Box Hill has been a huge success since launching late last year. Final opportunities to purchase with maximum stamp duty savings are available, with construction now commencing.

Completion is anticipated for late 2016.
