If you’re looking for the perfect combination of contemporary living with retail therapy on your doorstep, The Boulevard is about to land alongside award-winning Rouse Hill Town Centre.

From leading Chinese developer AUX Group, The Boulevard is a collection of apartments offering connectivity and ease of lifestyle, comprising 152 one, two and three bedroom apartments across two buildings, all with a study.

In the project’s first release, one-bedroom apartments start from $485,000, two-bedroom apartments begin at $595,000 and three-bedroom apartments range from $855,000 – $920,000.

Taking a considered approach with The Boulevard, AUX Group engaged Metropoint Group Architects to craft a project that complements the existing built environment. Thoughtfully integrated, the apartments become a continuation of Rouse Hill Town Centre.

Established in 1986, AUX Group will draw on its significant experience and success in property development in China for its first Australian project, and along with original site owners GPT shares a vision for Rouse Hill Town Centre as a thriving retail and residential precinct.

Residents will live within 400 metres of the Rouse Hill station of the Sydney Metro Northwest (due for completion in 2019) and have access to a large variety of retail, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, department stores, homewares, and a cinema.

“The Boulevard is positioned in the middle of a bustling central people's district and this level of integration is certainly unique compared to other apartment projects across Sydney,” says Colliers International Director of Residential Project Marketing David Chittenden.

“We expect to see a lot of interest from young professionals, downsizers and savvy investors who recognise the value of convenience and connectivity to transport links.”

David Inkster from sales agents PRDnationwide Norwest says The Boulevard offers buyers the ultimate example of convenience living in the local area.

“Residents at The Boulevard will literally be a part of Rouse Hill Town Centre with essential services like groceries, fashion, community facilities and the much anticipated Sydney Northwest Metro line right on their doorstep” he says.

“This is future-proofed living at its finest - Rouse Hill Town Centre is undergoing incredible expansion and this area of Sydney's north-west is finally receiving the public transport links it requires. It makes complete sense to complement the rich offerings of the town centre with convenient apartment living.”

Metropoint Group Architects Director Yiou Tan says The Boulevard featured recycled brick to reflect the tradition of Rouse Hill as an area characterised by house and land development.

“Each apartment has been designed for easy living so residents can come home to peace after a busy day,” he says. “Rouse Hill Town Centre is so vivid and full of life – The Boulevard's location takes full advantage of that while the apartments have been designed like a house to offer a sanctuary for residents.”

The philosophy of convenience has informed the interior design with generous apartment sizes, full height pantries in all apartments and bathtubs in half of the apartments – a rare offering in the local area.
