To launch the first phase of its highly-anticipated mixed-use Burwood Brickworks development, Frasers Property Australia held a Discovery Day — and the response was incredibly positive. On October 13th, a crowd of more than 1,000 gathered at the project’s site for the official residential sales launch. Results from the day included the sale of two 400 sqm land lots, a near sell-out of townhomes and close to 20 apartment sales. To date, more than 200 apartments and 70 townhomes have been sold, meaning only a handful of apartments and 3 townhomes remain on the market from the first release.
Sarah Bloom, General Manager – Residential Victoria, Frasers Property Australia, says the Discovery Day was a turning point for the local community who had waited patiently for the opportunity to secure a piece of the exciting precinct for themselves.
“There was a genuine feeling of excitement in the community that the time has finally come for people to be able to buy at Burwood Brickworks,” Ms Bloom said. “The sales on the day captured some of that excitement and it shows how much people are prepared to jump at the opportunity to live the lifestyle we are offering at Burwood Brickworks.”
