Werden Property Group (WPG), known for other successful projects such as the stunning Hedgeley House, has produced a new apartment development in Glen Iris.
The collection of homes at Aintree Park has been realised by award-winning firm, C. Kairouz Architects. Featuring classic elements such as concrete, metallic shrouds and glass, the building’s façade is a dynamic addition to the streetscape. Kairouz Architects says, “Throughout each home, we have selected materials ranging from brushed metals to glass, natural stones and soft fabrics — all chosen to evoke luxury with a slight edge.”

As one of Melbourne’s most sought-after pockets within the city’s blue-chip inner-eastern suburbs, Glen Iris has an enviable range of retail, hospitality, recreation and education amenities and services. And Aintree Park places its residents in the centre of it all.
