Grocon welcomes yesterday’s announcement from the Victorian Planning Minister regarding the approval of our vision for 85 Spring Street and now looks forward to delivering truly iconic building for Melbourne in the heart of Spring Street.
85 Spring Street is a prominent and highly desirable location in Melbourne where park and city come together at the most pristine urban edge of the city.
Grocon is delighted to have partnered with the award-winning international architectural practice of Denton Corker Marshall to design a beautiful new 39 level tower comprising approximately 230 apartments that will offer spectacular views of the surrounding gardens, heritage buildings, and cityscape.
The design of the building will acknowledge the prestige of the location and work in harmony with the surrounding streetscape. The finished apartments will offer a sanctuary above an energetic neighbourhood with interiors by Kerry Phelan Design Office (K.P.D.O). The apartments’ interior design will feature deeply considered and detailed planning across each interior element.

Sales and marketing is planned to commence in September 2015 with construction due to commence in early 2016.
