Designed to cater to the needs of modern families, the majority of the 116 residences at Monika are large three bedroom configurations as well as a selection of two bedroom apartments. The first release, comprising 72 apartments, will be situated on levels one to eight. Residents will enjoy the range of onsite amenities, never to be built out views of the park, and close proximity to schools, Macquarie shopping centre, public transport and Macquarie University.

Hyecorp Property Group director of sales and acquisitions, George Benlian, said, “It’s important to us to provide quality living options close to essential amenities for a range of buyer types. At Macquarie Park, there is a distinct lack of three bedroom ‘family sized’ apartments that are affordable. With Monika, we are proud to respond to this demand directly, and deliver on our vision, by providing two and three bedroom apartments across 89 per cent of the development.”

Monika has an extensive list of on-site amenities including a café with alfresco seating, a swimming pool, a rejuvenation centre and lounge area for residents and visitors that includes a library.

“Our vision for Monika is to provide convenience for residents with everything they will need in one place, which is why we are also creating a multi-purpose room that can be used as a business centre, music room, function space or almost anything the residents require. Monika even caters to residents’ furry friends — it’s a pet-friendly development,” added George.

Monika will boast unspoilt views to Wilga Park and Shrimptons Creek, a highly sought-after feature in Macquarie Park. The design of the building will also allow for mature trees to be planted providing privacy for residents and a natural outlook.

Each apartment has been expertly designed to maximise space and light with open plan living, contemporary kitchens and beautiful bathrooms. It will also have four levels of basement car parking, as well as separate storage cages and a car share facility.

Located in a quiet yet convenient location, Monika is situated 600m from the Macquarie University train station and is very close to the Macquarie Centre, Macquarie University and the Macquarie Business hub.
