“It has got a fairly good cross-section of buyers. There is a smattering of first home buyers and others that love the location, are second or third buyers who are wanting to move there, they are trading their property for a better location,” says Mr Napoli.

“Also, the fact that it’s an island site with no adjoining property has proven to be a big attraction, as is the forthcoming Metro rail, which will deliver two stations within 800 metres.”

East Lane sits in a charming laneway in the exclusive Lower North Shore pocket.

And with all of the essentials within walking distance, it’s unlikely you’ll need your car to get from A to B.

The bustling strip of cafes and restaurants in Crows Nest is within close proximity, as is Greenwood and Aldi, making local shopping easy.
