Ivory is set to add a refined selection of boutique and exclusive residences that celebrates the verdant splendour of Ivanhoe.

Renowned project marketers Eton Property Group recently asked their clients what the reasons were behind purchasing residences within a boutique building.

“Many of them stated having lock-up and leave certainty and no specific development amenities. While some enjoyed the fact that there are less residents within the building, all of whom are owner occupiers,” says Bradley Dean, Director of Eton Property Group.

“These reasons and the development’s comparatively shorter build time is proving a massive plus for buyers. Ivory really is the ideal home for this demographic.”

The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom interiors and the surrounding exterior façade, are elegantly produced by acclaimed architect Chahid Kairouz, who has been inspired by classical and minimalist design. This aesthetic philosophy extends to stately sandstone columns and sheer walls of glass on the upper two levels, creating a contrasting array of textures and clean lines — a unified space that is dynamic yet soothing to experience.

“We've drawn inspiration from classical architecture, but rather than mimic it, we are paying respect to the style while creating something fresh and unique,” says Mr Kairouz.

Dark, oak flooring takes centre stage throughout the kitchen, perfectly confirming the focus on the fine grain of each material. These areas come complete with elegant stone benchtops, Miele appliances, and carefully crafted cabinetry.

Wide-reaching, open-plan living and dining areas are presented to the highest international standard, creating a genuine sense of occasion. Meander through areas of sophisticated stone that sit under towering ceilings and signature pieces by Rogerseller and Zeavola.

The bedrooms are equally as lavish and provide the perfect retreat from modern life. Quiet and considered, these areas come complete with carefully crafted robes, creating an abundance of natural space. While stone benchtops and a freestanding bath lends itself to opulent bathrooms of ultimate relaxation.

Ivanhoe is renowned for its green tree-topped streets and this is extended to Ivory’s expansive balconies. From the living rooms, spill out to sun-swept retreats via expansive sliding doors that complete these wonderful homes.

At ground level, large and lush courtyards accompany each residence, fostering a dialogue between the interiors and the landscape at all times.

Ivanhoe is a precinct of rare charm and botanical nature, where grand, leafy streets are home to the traditional architecture of the past as well as modern architecture of the present — it’s no wonder why this is such an established and popular suburb to live.

Spend your mornings strolling through nearby parklands or enjoy a jog along the Yarra River, which runs through the sprawling Wilson Reserve.

Discover the suburb’s main shopping strip at the end of Livingstone Street. Pop in for a coffee or a spot of lunch at one of the many cafés and restaurants, or spend time at the designer boutiques that line the streets.

This highly coveted suburb is home to a number of prestigious schools, including Ivanhoe Grammar and Ivanhoe Girls Grammar, while an abundance of public transport options connects Ivanhoe with the surrounding suburbs and the CBD.

60 per cent of the development is already sold to locals, but there’s still ample opportunity to revel in Ivory’s sophisticated residences.

With construction commencing soon, time is running out to view the onsite display suite at 11 Livingstone Street, Ivanhoe.
