Omnia, a high-end development in Potts Point, has made headlines after selling one of its three penthouses for $14.25 million.

Developer Greenland Australia’s Sherwood Luo said there had already been a high number of inquiries prior to the penthouse launch, drawing discerning buyers who were attracted to the location and scenic aspects.

Designed by Studio Aria, the dual-level penthouse apartment, dubbed The Royal, has a spacious 455 sqm floorplan, comprising four bedrooms and a Royal master suite. Each space showcases high-end inclusions, from the butler’s pantry and wine cellar in the kitchen to the marble tiling and gorgeous freestanding bathtub in the bathrooms.

“It has floor-to-ceiling curved windows with stunning wall-to-wall city views in every direction — in fact, there is an enormous amount of space around the building, so the views are unrivalled,” Luo said.

There’s also a skyline terrace, open-air jacuzzi and barbecue dining area where the buyer can entertain friends against the backdrop of the majestic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

The 19-level building makes a bold statement at the intersection of Macleay and Victoria Streets, and Challis Avenue, in the middle of Potts Point. The elegantly tapered tower sits atop a podium with a brick façade inspired by the heritage of the surrounding streetscape.

In addition to the penthouse offerings, Omnia comprises a collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The opulent interiors feature a range of distinguished colour palettes and finishes, all available in a light or dark scheme.

The grand lobby welcomes residents home while a suite of on-site residential amenities such as a swimming pool and barbecue facilities ensure there’s plenty of opportunities to throw casual get-togethers or host al fresco dinner parties.

Thanks to its premium location, Omnia grants access to some of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks. The CBD, Woolloomooloo Wharf and Royal Botanic Gardens are all just a stroll away, and residents can enjoy the array of cafés and restaurants on offer in the charming nearby villages of Darlinghurst and Paddington.

The second penthouse, The Noble, features a Hamptons-inspired design, with light, fresh finishes contrasted by weathered natural elements. It has a 356 sqm floorplan with four oversized bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a commanding terrace. The last penthouse remains to be released.
