Multi-award-winning Aria Property is rolling out the red carpet for its boutique collection of park-front homes in Brisbane’s West End, with a show-stopping facade inspired by Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi.

Casamia - which literally translates as "my home" - is making its grand entrance, set to steal the limelight upon its completion in 2026 - yet, so popular is this project, over 80% of it has already been sold.

Situated in the heart of West End with a charming view of Davies Park, Casamia comprises a collection of distinctive owner-occupier residences located next to Aria’s acclaimed TreeHouse development, which was awarded the Urban Development Institute of Australia's Best High Density Development in Australia for 2023.

Drawing inspiration from visionary Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi and his ‘Casa Milà’ in Barcelona, Casamia - designed by RotheLowman - brings you an innovative tower concept defined by its gracefully curved design, intricate screening details, wrap-around balconies and seamless interplay between indoor and outdoor spaces.

“Having worked closely with Aria for a number of years, Casamia is our tenth and most unique collaboration to date,” said Jeff Brown, principal of RotheLowman.

“Inspired by Gaudí, the idea of craft, personalisation and engaging with local artisans was very much at the forefront of our minds,” he said.

Elevating the living experience, this charming 14-story boutique tower presents forty-four residences, from cosy two-bedroom to spacious four-bedroom apartments, with each residence featuring three metre-high ceilings and wrap-around balconies. An impressive 985 square metres of exceptional amenity spaces exclusive to residents.

Featuring another of Aria’s hallmark exceptional rooftop amenities, the Casamia rooftop provides residents with an infinity pool, wellness features like soothing hot and cold magnesium baths and a sauna, plus an exclusive lounge and private dining room.

Aria Property Development Director Brent Liddell, said, "Casamia is a testament to our commitment to creating remarkable living spaces that pay homage to the unique character of West End.

“Building on the success of our TreeHouse development, we've strived to craft homes that encapsulate craftsmanship, detail, and a natural material palette.

“Despite the challenges facing the construction industry, Aria Property remains steadfast in its mission to provide iconic homes to the residents of Brisbane, contributing to the housing supply in any way we can,” he said.

As part of Aria’s commitment to sustainable living, electric vehicles take centre stage at Casamia, with the introduction of an electric Mercedes EQC as part of its building-only car-sharing program.  And that's not where the spark ends – Casamia is also rolling out the welcome mat for electric vehicles, with charging infrastructure prepped for residents to plug into convenience right within their units.  To make life even easier for Casamia residents, an on-site concierge service has also been incorporated.

With its unique blend of design, amenities, and forward-thinking ethos, it's no wonder that Casamia has already captured the attention and interest of prospective residents.
