Perched between Sydney and Parramatta’s CBD sits Epping, a suburb on the cusp of a huge transformation.

And at the epicentre of that rejuvenation is a new development, Poly Horizon.

At the helm is the who’s who of Australia’s most respected developers, architects and builders.

With a range of stunning one bedroom apartments, including a study, as well as two and three bedrooms, Poly Horizon is on a mission to redefine luxury living in Sydney’s newest town centre.

“Location is possibly the most important aspect for buyers,” says Marketing Director for Poly Australia Real Estate, Phillip Best.

“The proximity to major employment hubs such as the CBD, nearby transport infrastructure, as well as the number and quality of nearby schools, is imperative for potential purchasers,”

“Shopping, entertainment, and hospitality options are also key considerations, but more importantly, located only 300 metres away from Poly Horizon’s front door is the Epping railway station.”

It also falls in the zone of well-respected public and private schools such as Cheltenham Girls Epping Boys High, and James Ruse Agricultural School, and has direct access to Macquarie University.

And with internationally renowned, and award-winning architects PTW on board, each apartment comes with plenty of natural light, panoramic views, and meticulous attention to detail in the floor plans, fittings and finishes.

For example, you can expect to find premium touches such as timber floors, stone kitchens, and ducted air-conditioning.

“Buyers need to be assured of the long-term design integrity of the development… that their investment or new home is going to have solid capital growth prospects,” says Mr Best.

And, he says, the buyers have indeed been quick to recognise the quality of the project.

“Being a global developer with over 20 years experience in property development, Poly Real Estate is possibly the most distinguishing aspect of Poly Horizon in that the project is being delivered by a world-leading developer,”

“Buyers are assured of Poly’s financial strength, expertise, and ability to deliver an exceptionally designed and completed development… almost 60 per cent of Poly Horizon’s current buyers live locally in Sydney’s northern suburbs and more than half are below 40 years old.”

The development is one of the first flagship projects to be a part of the suburb’s renewal, and the New South Wales Department of Planning was quick to recognise its role in that revitalisation.

The Department has listed it as a Priority Precinct, and subsequently, 54 hectares surrounding the Epping railway station has been rezoned residential or mixed-use as part of the Epping Town Centre Plan.
