After much anticipation, extensive plans for one of Melbourne’s most sought-after sites have been revealed. Positioned at the gateway between the CBD and South Melbourne, Flinders Bank promises to deliver apartments of luxurious quality that perfectly capitalise on the enviable location.

Flinders Bank will include a total of 197 beautiful apartments in Tower 1, with one, two and three bedroom designs available, accompanied by an exclusive suite of high-end amenity.

The 26 levels of residential sanctuary designed by Fender Katsalidis are being brought to life by Melbourne-based developer Century Group Aus.

The building’s design is inspired by the flow of the iconic Yarra River, responding to the site’s natural nuances wonderfully through a curved and sculpted façade. As one of the last true riverfront developments to grace the edge of the Yarra, Flinders Bank is set to become a prestigious landmark for Melbourne.

The stunning architecture will breathe new life into the local area at the junction of Melbourne’s bustling CBD, the lively river promenade, and the flourishing Crown complex. For residents, the thoughtful design has resulted in apartments that deliver once-in-a-lifetime views of Melbourne’s city skyline beyond and the meandering Yarra River below.

In addition to exceptional connectivity to all of the city’s greatest attractions, residents will have exclusive access to the collection of benefits that have been elegantly woven into the fabric of the Flinders Bank lifestyle offering.

For those who enjoy meditating, the landscaped podium garden will offer superior scenery. To relax and cool off on a hot afternoon, the refreshing pool pavilion is perfect. And for a day of absolute indulgence, the in-house health and fitness suite, complete with a gymnasium, sauna and steam room, will never disappoint.

Beyond offering an enviable lifestyle for residents of the development, Century Group Aus aims to enhance the local setting’s rich cultural experience by activating a new lifestyle destination through Flinders Bank.

Alongside the apartments, 167 five-star hotel rooms will be created in the northern tower, complemented by 2,100 square metres of retail and a vibrant plaza on Siddeley Street.

“We are known internationally for delivering the highest levels of quality and creating developments that contribute to a city and give back to its people,” commented Connie Wu, Melbourne’s CEO of Century Group Aus.

“Melbourne will benefit from a fully integrated approach that redefines this key part of the city and reimagines it as a vibrant area in which to work, live, play and stay,” she concluded.

The brand new precinct is envisaged to contain a combination of stores as well as landmark dining, with tenancies on Spencer Street featuring expansive views of the river and CBD including the Eureka Tower and Arts Centre.

“Flinders Bank will contribute enormously to the betterment of this part of the city, where a new DNA is emerging and lots of new life is being created,” said Karl Fender, Founding Partner of Fender Katsalidis.
