Prestige property developer Spyre Group has once more highlighted Brisbane’s luxury property market with a $10.95 million deal for a sub-penthouse in its six-residence New Farm development, Moray House.

This noteworthy feat comes after the new record for Brisbane’s most expensive apartment sale of $15.75 million for a two-level penthouse earlier this year, set by the same development.

Spyre Group Director Andrew Malouf said the sale was another vote of confidence in the South-East Queensland high-end property market and a vote of confidence for Spyre Group’s commitment to elevating luxury living in Brisbane.

“I am humbled that Spyre Group has achieved another market-leading sale for an exceptional property in one of Brisbane’s most desirable locations,” Andrew said.

“The sale of Residence 5 reflects the growing demand for the elevated quality of life we offer in one of Brisbane’s most sought-after areas.”

Located at New Farm on the Brisbane River, the sub-penthouse boasts four bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as four car spaces. The interior areas merge into a covered terrace, offering breathtaking views of the Story Bridge, Brisbane River, and CBD skyline.

Equipped with a chef-grade kitchen, private master suite, walk-in wardrobe, premium ensuite, gym, office, laundry, and wine cellar, the residence truly embodies luxury.

The riverfront development also boasts an exclusive gangway providing direct access to the New Farm riverwalk.

Courted by full, floor-length garden beds, the construction of Moray House is currently ongoing by Contrast Constructions – a Brisbane-based construction company appointed by Spyre Group. Completion is set for December 2024.

Directors Courtney and Simon Caulfield of Place Kangaroo Point – the team behind the sub-penthouse sale, seconded Andrew’s sentiments.

Simon said, “Spyre’s Moray House is a testament to the extraordinary demand for luxury living in Brisbane.

“The development has set a new standard for excellence, and buyers recognise it as a true masterpiece in our city’s property landscape.”

Moray House comprises just six full-floor residences on one of New Farm’s most prestigious streets, right on the riverfront. Four to five-bedroom bespoke residences are still available, ranging from 324 to 800 sqm and priced from $9,000,000.
