Following the hugely successful Stage 1 launch of West End with Foundry, developer Roxy Pacific has announced that Arthouse, Stage 2 of the residential development, will launch this Saturday, 29th July.

West End received overwhelming interest from locals, home occupiers and downsizers during the Stage 1 launch of Foundry, whose apartments are now 90% sold out. Following suit, the grand opening of Arthouse promises to be just as popular.

“We’ve already received substantial enquiry from buyers who missed out in Foundry but are eager to purchase in Arthouse,” explained Colliers International Residential Director, Ian Bennett.

And, of course, there’s Glebe Point Road just around the corner, a vibrant scene that embellishes the lifestyle of West End residents.

Other buyers found that it was the architectural design and pre-era industrial vibe that drew them in, enchanted by the brickwork, archways and corbelling detail.

“Buyers recognised the rarity of this type of residential offering in Glebe and were impressed with the exceptional design of the building itself,” remarked Bennett.

Finally, and this benefit proved universal among the soon-to-be residents, the sublime apartment interiors fast convinced home hunters that West End made for an enviable living space and a valuable investment.

“We found there has been high uptake from investors seeing capital value in Glebe due to proximity to infrastructure, education and retail, as well as recognising the opportunity West End will provide,” Bennett commented. “The majority of West End investors came from prestigious, high net worth suburbs of Sydney that have experienced high levels of price growth over recent years.”

For Arthouse, award-winning Turner Architects created a collection of unique one, two and three bedroom apartments with luxurious terraces. Reflecting Glebe’s historical past with a modern twist, the project succeeds in celebrating the art of inner city living.

Each of the 89 apartments and 2 terrace homes exudes a sense of timelessness and urban character through exquisite interior design, rich in detail and creativity. Interior design experts Siren Design blended raw materials and sleek contemporary features to create beautiful, light-filled spaces, warmed by timber flooring and traditional brickwork.

Also on the rooftop, you can enjoy top notch BBQ facilities and grill up a storm with your family or invite friends over for the evening.

And of course, if your grillmaster skills are below par, you can always head out to Glebe’s vibrant neighbourhood where you will find a plethora of delicious restaurants to choose from.
