Channelling Glebe’s industrial heritage and artistic urban charm, the two distinct residential buildings in West End will offer the chance to own a classic piece of warehouse style living.

Developer, Roxy-Pacific Australia has cleverly planned the project around two building styles, the first being The Foundry with its New York style Soho apartments, punctuated by arches and a distinctive warehouse style with brick and concrete detailing. The second building, The Arthouse, delivers the same architectural elements but reversing the materials, being predominantly contemporary concrete with brickwork detailing.

Award winning architects Turner have created a collection of one, two and three bedroom unique apartments and luxurious terraces. And there’s a rich history in the neighbourhood which has clearly been considered as an integral part of the plan.

Says Roxy-Pacific Director, Benjamin Hopkins, “Our vision for the site was inspired by the culture of Glebe, the rich architecture of Ultimo as well as the inner city living allowing residents to walk to the CBD, Broadway and Sydney Harbour in a matter of minutes. We wanted to create a village atmosphere so the residents would be inspired by their place of residence, which will be timeless with its unique design and attention to detail.”

Interior designers, Siren Design have created homes that are light-filled, elegant and layered with a contemporary combination of stylishly raw industrial and natural materials. Timber flooring sits beside traditional brickwork and the urban character of concrete for living spaces that are bold and inviting in a way that is classic Glebe through and through.

The archway motifs that recur throughout The Foundry are found in the balcony details, creating a sheltered and shaded spot to relax outdoors. There’s real potential here for that indoor-outdoor lifestyle and opening up the living spaces in a free-flowing way.

The shared spaces are key to the atmosphere of any residential project, and at West End include stunningly landscaped rooftop garden created by experts Oculus Landscape Architects. With a bbq and a range of individual spaces on divided elevations to hang out with a friend or two and larger areas for entertaining, there’s a spot for everyone to relax. That shouldn’t be difficult considering the impressive CBD views.

Further tranquility can be enjoyed which many balconies overlooking the internal courtyards and the abundantly planted European style entrance plaza, which gives residents a truly premium welcome home.

Glebe’s eclectic temperament is the heartbeat of a vibrant neighbourhood that thrives on serving up all the art, music and creative engagement the locals love. Plus, you’ll be a two-minute walk to the vibrant harbourside precinct and fresh fish markets.

This is also the perfect spot for families, close to a number of schools and two of Australia’s highest-ranking universities. But West End is sure to be popular with all buyers – working closely with Turner Architects, Roxy-Pacific has ensured there’s a mix of apartment types for young professionals, downsizers and everyone in between.

VIP appointments are currently being held in the display suite.
