The term ‘boutique’ is often used when describing a new off-the-plan residential project, typically of a smaller development. But there’s more that goes into this descriptor, especially when applied to projects such as Hampton Ltd and Twenty Raglan.

“One apartment has sold, and there is genuine interest in the remaining two apartments.

“Construction will start in early 2024.”
