Woolooware Bay brings together a dynamic new town centre — half of the development is complete and another stage is due for completion in the first quarter of 2020 — whilst the newest release of apartments rising high above the water, Bayview is a beautiful oasis retreat.

Existing residents at Woolooware Bay and the surrounding community have been eagerly awaiting this final stage of the project. Not only will a new range of apartments be built, but the construction of the comprehensive Bay Central shopping centre is part of this final stage. Many of the buyers who are expressing interest in Bayview have been locals, or live in the suburbs surrounding this part of the bay.

“The new homes represent the final opportunity for people to secure their future at Woolooware Bay,” says Ben Fairfax, managing director of Capital Bluestone.

“Residents will benefit from the convenience of the new Bay Central shopping centre at their doorstep as well as the complex’s luxury infinity pool and landscaped gardens.

“The separate location of the stage four homes, on the other side of the Sharks Stadium, creates an elevated exclusivity while still complementing the broader Woolooware Bay development,” he adds.

“Bayview is about choice. Buyers have the option of a podium level courtyard home, or a flow-through corner apartment, or a stunning penthouse complete with its own expansive rooftop garden.”

Renowned interior design consultant Sue Axlund, of Axlund and Goldstein, has helped to curate sophisticated living and dining areas which inspire a sense of elevated coastal luxury throughout the residences in the town centre.

James McCarthy, an architect from Turner — the studio responsible for designing Bayview — says he and the team wanted to make sure residents felt connected to both the natural and urban environments.

“Lush greenery runs through, over, and above the buildings, while the elevated design ensures that everyone gets a stunning outlook,” he says.

“Our ultimate aim is to always enhance the lived experience of a home and a community, and I believe that is what we have done with Bayview, and Woolooware Bay overall.”

With over 50 retailers expected, two waterfront dining precincts and Woolworths and Aldi, Bay Central is set to become the community’s retail and dining hotspot.

The shopping centre will have its own fresh food emporium, with a greengrocer, butcher and artisan food providores, as well as an ‘Eat Street’ and other dining options. It will even have its own Medical and Wellness Centre, with services ranging from general practitioners to massage therapists.

Residents across the town centre can enjoy an array of resort-style amenities at their doorstep. From shared barbecue areas featuring 360-degree views over the shimmering bay to infinity-edge pools and lush gardens, it will be easy to revive at Woolooware Bay.

“We endeavoured to make sure the environment is as relaxing as it can be,” says Ross Shepherd from Bayview’s landscaped architect, Site Image.

“We have embedded elements of the coastal landscape into the designs of the outdoor spaces which are diversified to suit the varied needs of the residents. We’ve included spaces to entertain, to sit and chat, for kids to play, or for quiet contemplation.”

The surrounding suburb is filled with natural recreational opportunities. Residents can enjoy the fresh air along the clifftop walks or surf at nearby Cronulla Beach. Alternatively, they can kayak around the sheltered bays or explore the nearby Royal National Park.

With a bus at the doorstep and Woolooware Station nearby, getting to the city will be easy. Life at Woolooware Bay really is the perfect blend of coastal luxury and modern convenience.
