Wyndham City Jubilee Water Park Coming To West

In an Australian-first, Wyndham Vale’s newest residential address Jubilee has moved one step closer to opening the country’s first ever private indoor waterpark, as the City of Wyndham Council recently approved the developer’s first residents-only recreation centre.

Developed by Lotus Living with a vision to create a self-sustaining community featuring abundant amenity and innovative community facilities throughout, Jubilee’s multi-million-dollar water park is set to encompass a leisure pool, lap pool, waterslides, and a special interactive splash-zone area for kids of all ages.

The Jubilee team was delighted to receive the news that the new residents club and recreation centre – which will be known as Club Jubilee One was approved.

With over 20,000 residents expected to call Jubilee home over the next 15 years, Lotus Living will also develop a 5.4ha Town Centre including 8,000sqm of retail and commercial space, as well as a 1.8ha Neighbourhood Centre, Child Care Centre and 77ha of parklands, playing fields and expansive green open spaces in order to service the growing population.

The Water park will now go out to construction tender with works slated to commence on the facility later this year.
