Yarra One takes the lead in South Yarra with its one-of-a-kind amenities

Developer EcoWorld International has now sold over 60% of the apartments at its new $242 million development in South Yarra.

Yarra One is set to deliver premium apartments alongside one-of-a-kind amenities, such as residential co-working spaces and sustainable car-sharing services.

In response to this lifestyle transformation, the developer has ensured Yarra One is kitted out with a range of amenities which will enhance the experience of its residents. The rooftop is a great place for residents’ to gather, with fire pits and beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by built forms which frame the breathtaking panoramic views.
