Top Spring Australia is a division of Top Spring International which was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in March 2011. Top Spring Australia has the strength of local expertise backed up by a powerful international market presence and knowledge.

As a globally renowned and respected developer of premium residential and mixed-use projects, Top Spring has completed over 20 development projects in 12 cities around the globe and has acquired an excellent reputation for quality and lifestyle. Between 2015 and 2018, Top Spring as a group developed approximately 5 million square metres of residential floor space. Top Spring and its fully owned subsidiary companies manage and operate over 80 projects in both residential and commercial sectors, covering over 13 million metres in floor space.
