Gurner

Gurner will never compromise on location to ensure that at all times its clients are buying in areas that will ensure future capital growth and stable income.

GURNER™ is not your typical property development company. Whilst GURNER™is a major player in the industry with a pipeline of works over $1 billion, the team ensures each of their projects retains a highly refined and detailed sensibility in all aspects of design and construction.

GURNER™ currently has seven sites under development across Victoria and Queensland, totaling over 1,500 apartments with an end value in excess of $1 billion.

GURNER™ has very strict acquisition criteria.  Each site must be within 1-3km’s of the CBD, have an active café culture and night life, a high proportion of the demographic aged between 25-40 and comprise a prime site where people want to live.  GURNER™ will never compromise on location to ensure that at all times its clients are buying in areas that will ensure future capital growth and stable income.

Led by Tim Gurner, GURNER™’s reputation as a company who delivers on quality has been cemented working with Australia’s leading architects, designers and consultants to ensure at all times they are setting new benchmarks for inner city designer living in Australia.

Tim Gurner started in property, working with Wilson Pride real estate while he completed his Bachelor of Business and living on campus at Queens College at Melbourne University.  He then went on to start his first business at age 19 – a gym in Elwood, which he built up and sold two years later. After selling his business Tim became a Director and Shareholder at Pan Urban, before heading up Urban Inc..  Both companies are known as two of Melbourne’s most prominent developers, with a long list of very successful completed developments across Melbourne. Both companies enjoy a long list of awards achieved such as the Institute of Architects ‘Best Residential Project' award in both 2010 and 2011.

Tim started GURNER™ to take design to the next level in Australia and to expand his team’s reach across Australia.  GURNER™ plans to acquire a number of new sites throughout 2014 and is currently looking at various opportunities across Australia.
